Only a handful of cities have introduced the ICF Prism Award at the local level to recognize organizations that are successfully using coaching as a leadership strategy to increase performance and business results. Coaching is a powerful growth modality that moves an organization toward its true potential. Organizations that develop people through coaching not only achieve greater business success, they often become the best places to work. Talent retention is a natural outcome as well as strong, focused leadership and teamwork.

Sponsors had VIP seating at both the Prism Award Luncheon and the Leadership Symposium with Stephen M.R. Covey. We also arranged for our sponsors to meet Covey at our private “Meet and Greet” prior to the luncheon. Their logos were on our program and are still on our website. Sponsors were provided with display tables available at the luncheon and they interacted directly with attendees. Some of our sponsors even donated promotional items for attendee gift bags. Valet parking was on us. We also announced our sponsors from the podium at both the award luncheon and the leadership symposium.
