The ICF Prism Award recognizes organizations that use coaching as a leadership strategy to increase performance and business results. This prestigious award was first given in 2001 by the Toronto Chapter of International Coach Federation and has since gone on to be awarded by chapters in several other metropolitan areas and at the international level. We are on track to launch this award here again in Phoenix in 2014!

The Prism Award is an exciting opportunity for Phoenix organizations who already know the value of coaching. And for those who are curious, it’s a great way to find out how coaching creates positive impact and success.

Now is the time to start thinking about becoming a Prism Award winner in 2014! If you are interested see an example of the Nomination Application Form from 2012.
